Noah St. John Noah took affirmations, as firming up negative belief systems.  That's why they rarely work. So we ask the subconscious Why? For example: Why am I so loved? Why am I getting all these referrals? Why is ________so easy and effortless? Now I run with that that question in as many forms as I can. Now we are forming intentions.  I can't believe how energized I get (almost high) from doing the Why?

Dr. Frank J. Winslow  ---WOW-- Unbelievable how quickly and easily this works.  My left brain sometimes cannot wrap itself around how this works without expending any energy.  It just does.
